About the Event
The Raven society, formed in 1904, is hosting its annual awards ceremony where it will vote on the best mystery works of the year and condemn the worst. Thanks to Jules Verne's time machine, Some of the greatest literary minds in history are present and able to mingle with today's best authors. Â In attendance are the likes of Edgar Allan Poe, Dan Brown, Agatha Christie, Mary Shelly, Mark Twain and Shakespeare to name a few. Â All the single ring-seeking ladies compete for the affections of the Roguish Edgar Allan Poe while William Shakespeare competes for the affection of all the ladies. Â Its all fun and games until Jane Austin drops dead in a room full of people and it is revealed that someone has more murders in mind. Join us for a night of mystery and mayhem, dinner and deception.
This is a Cullman Teen Scene Event. Â Only grades 7th-12th (ages 12 & up) please.
Sign up by November 11.  Characters will be given out on a first come first serve basis and character sheets will be emailed out.  You will receive your character assignment via email and your detailed character sheet in a later email.   This is a costumed event.  We will need volunteers to help decorate, coordinate the event, and provide food.  While there is no cost for this event, it is expected that people will help provide food  and decor.
