What: Learn how to fly a drone, the FAA laws and regulations, receive a certification and license to fly a drone legally.Drone course for license and certification will be taught by youth 4H members called Tech Changemakers. The program is through 4H Auburn. Paige Corlew Naylor is the program assistant. from the University of Auburn.

The Self's are graciously hosting the event at their farm. The farm is not equipped with WiFi, so we will not be able to have attendees take the certification onsite. The Tech Changemakers will teach the workshop which will prepare the attendees for the TRUST Recreational Drone Certificate. We will give you all the information needed to go home and access the site to take the certification. The attendees will have a chance to fly a drone.

Who: Ages 12 and up with legal parent or guardian must be present the entire class period. Sibling groups welcome as long as they are supervised by their parent or guardian.
