It's New Year's Eve at Magnolia Trace, and the neighborhood's annual celebration is underway at the clubhouse. The champagne is flowing, the smiles are plentiful, and everyone is looking forward to a fresh start.
Well, almost everyone.
Beneath the picture-perfect appearances, trouble has been brewing. There are questionable finances, petty rivalries, whispered scandals, and more than a few neighbors with something to hide. And let's just say the HOA hasn't exactly been winning any popularity contests.

On January 9, you’ll become one of the residents of Magnolia Trace, each with a personality, connections, and a few things they’d rather the neighbors didn’t know.
You’ll receive character information to help you step into your role, along with background details and objectives to guide your conversations. No acting experience is needed. You won’t be memorizing a script, just mingling with your neighbors, asking questions, and deciding how much of your own business to share.
New clues and information will emerge throughout the evening, giving you reasons to revisit someone’s story, challenge an alibi, or reconsider whom you trust. Compare what you discover with other guests, but remember: someone among you has every reason to keep the truth hidden.
Before the final reveal, you’ll make your accusation. Who committed the murder, what was their motive, and which clues prove it?
Expect suspicious conversations, neighborhood drama, unexpected discoveries, and some hilariously confident accusations. Your job is to uncover the killer while keeping your own secrets from becoming the evening’s biggest scandal.
